Reservation Policy: All rates listed are in euros (€).
Listed rates apply for 2 guest accommodation.
For additional guests we charge 100 € per person per night for all caldera view homes and 50 euro per person per night for all other homes.
No charge for children less than 3 years.
Payment: wise/ online bank link /Credit Card/or cash on arrival. Send us an email to send you the reservation form
Cancelation Policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days prior for all 50% payments received.
Less than 1 month prior or no show results to no refund of all payments received
For all our special or non refundable prepaid rates and pandemic or other force of nature conditions, we can change dates or offer credit voucher but no refund.
Check-in time: 14.00 PM. / Check out time: 11.00 AM. / Earlier check-in depends on availability.
Transfer: Available at extra cost. Rate 50 euro 1-5 people, extra people at 10 euro/each additional person. Off hours (12 am-7 am) may be charged extra 10 euro in total.
Breakfast: complimentary breakfast items offered on arrival, re stock at extra cost.
